- Applications\Learner Portal folder
- Application Created – the Send Application Confirmation Email workflow is included by default
- Enquiry Created – the Send Enquiry Confirmation Email workflow is included by default
- Enrolment Created - the Send Enrolment Confirmation Email is included by default
- Learner Created – the Send Learner Created Confirmation Email workflow is included by default
Offer Updated – there is no default workflow included
- Application\Applications folder
Interview Created/Updated – the Notify Learners and Staff About Interview V4 workflow is included by default
The following scheduled workflows are relevant for ebs: ontrack Learner Hub:
- Learner Portal Re-engagement Email - sends an email to learners who have not completed the full enrolment process

Rollback uncommited Basket Item Enrolments - changes or deletes enrolment progress codes and cleans up older application re-engagement links
