The following fields have been added to Curriculum Details:

• The Year of Course field has been added to the Summary tab for a UIO

  

  This field is overwritten if the Year of Unit field is populated on the Special Details screen in Enrolment Details.

• The Session Title (CDR) field has been added to the CDR tab for a UIO

  

The following fields have been added to the CDR tab in Learner Details:

• Homeless or affected by housing exclusion

  This field was included in 4.33 Service Pack 2.

• Has dependents, no care

The following fields have been added to Enrolment Details:

• The Planned or actual destination of leavers from FE and CDR Student MOA fields have been added to the Enrolment Details tab

  The CDR Student MOA field was also included with 4.33 Service Pack 2.

  

• The Year of Unit field has been added to the Special Details tab

  

  If this field is left blank it is populated by the value added to the Year of Course field on the Summary tab for a UIO in Curriculum Details.

The CDR Output Path institution setting has been added to the General (Cross-System) screen, which allows users to specify the CDR output path location.

Users can specify their own path in CDR Options, if required. However, schedules elements use the institution setting values.

The ‘DEP_NOT_STATED’ field of the CDR return is now populated in the return file produced by ebs. This field covers the case where the learner has one or more dependants but has not defined what category they fall into.

The value is derived from the related fields, based on whether the learner is recorded as having dependants, and then whether they have specified if any of those dependants are dependant adults, dependant children, or dependant due to a disability.

The logic of the derivation is as follows:

IF DEP_NO_CARE = ‘Yes’ (that is: learner has at least one dependant)

AND

(

DEP_CHILD is not ‘Yes’

AND DEP_ADULT is not ‘Yes’

AND DEP_DISABILITY is not ‘Yes’

)

THEN

DEP_NOT_STATED = ‘Yes’

ELSE

DEP_NOT_STATED = ‘No’

The Include in Data Return field has been added to the Progress Codes reference data screen when the 'Enrolments ' option is selected from the Student Status drop-down. This allows users to specify which enrolments are returned based on their progress codes.

By default, the check box for the Enrolled, Withdrawn, Transferred and Completed progress codes are selected.

The field can be edited by users with the Reference Data role.
