ILR

The ILR functionality in ebs is contained in ebs: central. The ILR record for a learner is held in a number of tables; namely People, Learner ILR, Learner Aims, Learner Aims Funding, Learner HE, Learning Del Work Placement and Apprenticeship Finance, which together contain all the details of the learners required by the ILR and the college to produce the ILR Return.

The ILR screens in ebs: central allow users to maintain all the Learner ILR fields. New Learner ILR rows can be created here and you then have the choice of auto-generating the learner aim records or entering them manually.

The use of the Learner ILR table enables ebs learners to link one learner record with many different learner ILR records, over any number of Funding Years for ILR purposes.
