Use the NSN Module
The NSN module is designed to identify learners who need to be actioned with respect to the NSI (for example: to obtain an NSN for the learners in question). It is designed to supplement the NSI functionality in the Learner module (that is: you can work with lists of learners requiring action rather than an individual learner).
