LLWR Changes for 4.30

The following changes have been made to the LLWR module.

Ability to import WLAD lookup data

Users can now import the Welsh Government-published WLAD in its raw state (using the LookupLA06_AW08 obtained from LLWR Inform) as a CSV file. This replaces the current process of obtaining the data as a download from Tribal Communities.

The file can be imported on the Imports screen (accessed by clicking the Imports button on the System ribbon).

After opening the file, the WLAD Importer window is displayed, where the user can select the relevant funding year and whether to overwrite existing data.

Changes to the LLWR output

Users can now select LLWR 2019/20 return from the Return Year drop-down list in the Output LLWR panel on the LLWR Processing screen.

The Redundant Fields tab has been added to the LLWR Defaults screen to store redundant fields.

Where these fields existed previously on screens (for example: on the Learning Programme Details window), the redundant fields are now grouped at the bottom of the screen under a No Longer Required heading.

No Longer Required fields

Where these fields existed previously on grids (for example: on the LLWR Wideboys grids), the redundant fields now have a grey background to indicate that they are no longer required. The No Longer Required item has been added to the key at the bottom of the screen.
