REST Services Changes for 4.34
The following changes have been made to REST Services for the 4.34 release:
You can use the CreateApplication REST service to allow learners to apply for courses that are not available on the public prospectus (for example: managing the re-enrolment process for a 2nd year learner).
If the CheckCanRegister value is not supplied, or is set to 'False', the CreateApplication REST service uses the value set in the Learner Can Apply field on the Curriculum Details screen. If the CheckCanRegister value is set to 'True', the CreateApplication REST service uses the value set in the Can Register flag field.
