ID card printers that conform to the ISO standard 7811 (HiCo) for printing to magnetic strips can be obtained from the following providers:
UK MAGiCard
ID card printers must conform to ISO standard 7811 (HiCo).

ebs allows messages to be sent by SMS. Tribal, in consultation with various third-party organisations, have developed an application programming interface (API) that allows text messages to be sent to mobile phones.
Connections are established between ebs and the messaging platform via HTTP or securely via HTTPS.
ebs supports the following SMS providers:
-
Esendex - previously known as Collstream
This API is supported for existing Collstream customers, but is no longer available for new customers.
NZ Vodafone

Digital document signing functionality is incorporated into ebs, integrating with Namirial's (previously known as Xyzmo) SIGNificant Server platform.
You can choose from a variety of signature capture devices, including dedicated signature pads, tablets or mobile phones.
Namirial provide support for each version of their software for up to 2 years from release date, so it is important to regularly update to maintain in this support window.
The SIGNificant Server platform requires network ports to be open for data transfer. The ports required will vary depending on the signing options chosen (for example: an open, publicly visible port is required for SIGNificant for iPad/Android so that learners can sign documents on their own mobile devices).
Latest SIGNificant software versions tested by Tribal:
-
Server Platform 22.76.2.59 (Oct 23)
-
Device driver 23.45.0.6
Refer to Digital Signatures or Namirial's support documentation for further information.

The Engage functionality enables staff and learners to communicate and collaborate on a secure platform.

ebs supports the import of Microsoft Access database files, including:
ENG Learning aims data from the Learning Aim Reference Service (LARS) for English institutions. The LARS .mdb database provided by the Employment and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is distributed in the Microsoft Access 2002-2003 format.
NI Northern Ireland postcode data for CDR (Consolidated Data Return). Refer to Import CDR Files for further information.
To import an .mdb database, the client PC must have a 64 bit version of Microsoft Access or Microsoft Access Runtime installed.

The integration with CENTURY enables you to create learner and staff accounts in CENTURY from the Ontrack Staff and Ontrack Learner Hubs. Smart IA results for learners can then be imported from CENTURY and viewed in the Ontrack
For more information on the integration with CENTURY, go to CENTURY Integration.

The integration with UCAS enables you to import data about applicants, to your HE courses from UCAS. This process allows you to import data from UCAS, but it does not send any data back.
For more information on the integration with UCAS, go to UCAS Data Import.
